Challenging Conventional Thinking: Human Centric Design – 12:00 – 13:00 ET
This will be a lightly moderated, open panel discussion via a free webinar promoted and hosted by Buro Happold regarding the AEC industry’s approach to factoring in and designing for positive, human-centric outcomes in the built environment.
The traditional focus of designers has been on budget, performance, and aesthetic without sufficient thought to the human experience, health and well-being. In other words, we are creating buildings for people, but rarely are we designing with their best interests in mind. In this panel discussion, we will be asking how the industry can reformulate its approach for more human-centric outcomes.
