Recruitment Agency Policy

We’re keen to hear from you if you’re an individual who would like to join Buro Happold. However, if you’re a recruiter, we’d like to point out that we don’t accept speculative CVs from agencies not already signed up to our PSL. We do this in order to be fair to those agency partners we are working with.

In the absence of a signed Recruitment Fee Agreement, Buro Happold will not consider or agree to payment of any referral compensation or recruiter fee. In the event a recruiter or agency submits a CV or candidate without a previously signed agreement, Buro Happold explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency. Any unsolicited CVs, including those submitted to hiring managers, are deemed to be the property of Buro Happold.
