Buro Happold to host JUST Label event in LA office

On July 21st, Buro Happold and the Women in Architecture Committee, will host a panel discussion on the JUST™ Label™ in our Los Angeles office

At a time when the workplace is transforming and prospective employees are searching for their ideal environment, the International Living Future Institute’s JUST label helps to increase the transparency of organizations by allowing them to share more about their operations, including where they invest in employee wellbeing, where they make financial donations and contributions, their community involvement, and more.

The panel will include Francis Janes, ILFI’s JUST Program Manager; David Herd, Managing Partner of Buro Happold in the US; Caroline Kreiser, Principal at Miller Hull; and moderator Heidi Creighton, Associate and Sustainability Consultant at Buro Happold.

Buro Happold’s U.S. business holds the International Living Future Institute’s™ JUST™ label, a significant milestone for the overall wellbeing of the United States practice. The program is open to all organizations, and Buro Happold has helped pave the way for the industry by receiving the JUST label scoring high in categories such as non-discrimination, ethnic diversity, pay-scale equity, and worker happiness.
