Franck Robert

Franck is our UK commercial sector lead. A structural engineer with 25 years of experience, bringing a technical focus and expertise in mixed-use commercial schemes from across the London market.

Franck is a proactive problem solver, passionate about high-quality design and delivery. His strength lies in his ability to drive and rally teams together. His energy and practical approach have enabled him to successfully deliver large, complex and challenging multidisciplinary projects under tight programmes from inception to completion.

Franck led the engineering for 5 Broadgate, a 13-storey ‘groundscraper’ in the City of London, and the refurbishment and transformation of the iconic Battersea Power Station.

Franck is currently leading a number of exciting commercial office led schemes in London with some of the most ambitious sustainability targets in the industry. In addition to his project work, Franck is also Buro Happold’s UK structural discipline director.
