Buro Happold in Chicago
As the primary hub city for the Midwest, Chicago is home to an iconic culture and a rich engineering history. Established in 2010, Buro Happold’s Chicago office developed from specialized expertise in energy analysis and building physics to a comprehensive suite of engineering services and has quickly established a reputation for providing the most sophisticated and cutting-edge analysis tools.
Our work in the region currently includes higher education work such as Northwestern University’s new scientific facility, Querrey Biomedical Research Center in downtown Chicago; residential work such as the LINEA Apartments at 215 West Lake and the JeffJack Apartments; Method Manufacturing Facility‘s green factory; the study for the enhancement of the Chicago Pedway system; and the completed renovation of Chicago’s iconic Navy Pier.
