Business districts and office cluster in cities across the world are undergoing profound change. New modes of working coupled with changes in travel habits, spending and consumption trends mean that these districts must evolve and reinvent themselves to be more agile for the future. A key driver of that change is the need to radically reduce carbon and to support ecological systems. Another change is the increase, where feasible, of people living in such districts. Another is the imperative to create a great user experience.

In this panel discussion, Buro Happold’s Duncan Price, along with Professor Greg Clark, Urbanist and Innovator, London; Shravan Jashvantrai Joshi, Deputy, Financial District, London and Erik Krüger, Head of Investment and Establishments, Invest Stockholm will be answering the questions of how business districts and office clusters can make these changes and how the public and private sectors can make this adjustment possible.
