Xavier Crolla

Xavier joined our Rotterdam office as partner and director in 2021. He is part of our building services engineering (MEP) European team and has more than 25 years’ experience as consultant in this field.

In his role at Buro Happold, Xavier focuses on establishing our presence in the region from our new Rotterdam office. In his last position, Xavier excelled at expanding the company’s service offering and expanding their client relationships to promote growth and as such he has undertaken a similar role at Buro Happold.

Throughout his career, Xavier has contributed to many large and significant multidisciplinary projects including work for the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security at The Hague, the TNT headquarters and the National Maritime Museum, both in Amsterdam.

Xavier started his career in 1995 when he finished his studies in mechanical engineering in The Hague and gained his Bachelor of Science degree. In 2010 he completed his study of business administration in Amsterdam, achieving a Master of Science degree.
