He brings together the capabilities of our management consulting team coupled with strong technical expertise from more than 2,000 engineers around the world. He brings passion, subject knowledge, innovation, technology, and design thinking to the projects he works on, ensuring clients get customised advice that delivers high-impact and value for money solutions.

Kauts has more than 18 years of experience in delivering business transformation programs across the built environment, energy, manufacturing, and public sectors, gained through a career in leading consulting firms and a background in a multinational utilities and petrochemical firm across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

His expertise includes front-end business strategies to operational implementation. Working with private and public clients across scales, he has advised clients in deploying successful decarbonisation roadmaps, sustainability strategies, and large-scale energy transition plans across portfolio and regional levels.
