Jörg Homilius

Jörg joined our Berlin office in 2023 as an Associate engineer building automation.  

Starting his career more than 32 years ago, Jörg has extensive experience in electrical engineering and developing holistic building automation concepts, in particular for hospitals. Before switching to building automation, he worked as a planner and site manager. 

Paying particular attention to functionality, Jörg thrives on the challenge of planning concepts that integrate all trades – lighting, sun protection, air quality, and heating and cooling – and are as energy efficient as possible. 

In his role as Associate, Jörg is part of the induction and training of colleagues. Thanks to his 20 years of experience in apprenticeships and adult education, he has an extensive toolbox for imparting specialist knowledge. 

He qualified as a state-certified electrical engineer from Bad Hersfeld Technical College in Germany before specialising in building automation in 2017. In 2021 he received his Bachelor Professional of Building Automation from the Leipzig Chamber of Trade.
