Ian Kilvington

Ian is the UK Business Development Lead, with a diverse background within the property and construction industry, listening, understand and supporting clients’ needs ensuring success through work winning.

Ian works closely with colleagues to ensure the correct technical input is briefed and ensure a joined up approach internally is adopted by the key account management process.

He has spent his early career working with the tier 1 developer and contractors, working closely with clients, consultants and collaborators across the residential, commercial, health, education, aviation, sport and hospitality and science and technology Sectors.

Passionate about working towards a sustainable built environment, well designed buildings, improving the end user experience through sustainable long term investment and promoting the use of modern methods of construction and/or repurpose of an existing building where appropriate.

Ian leads a team who are based across the UK offices, London, Leeds, Manchester, Bath and Edinburgh and would be keen to hear from you, listening to your needs, requirements and challenges.
