Hannah Clement

Hannah joined Buro Happold in 2019 and works within our Environmental Consultancy team.

Hannah is an experienced environmental consultant with both public and private sector experience working on a variety of environment and sustainability based projects across the globe. Her expertise lies in environmental design into masterplans, environmental impact assessments and the development of nature-based solutions to climate change.

As an experienced project manager, she has led several projects in the UK, KSA and Africa and consistently leads large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects and successful planning applications. More recently, Hannah is leading the drive towards projects seeking natural capital input and also the upcoming changes to UK planning policy and what that means for the environmental sector.

Hannah has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of environmental impacts and throughout her career working for local authorities, developers and the research sector, has enabled her to provide detailed and well-rounded input to many projects. 

Hannah holds a BSc in Geography, is a sustainability scholar from the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and a practitioner member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
