Graham Kean

Graham’s career is characterised by leading growth within privately owned and listed companies. His hands-on leadership and delivery experience coupled with high levels of client empathy developed through time spent working closely within industry market sectors brings a unique appreciation of the key issues critical to helping our clients to win in their markets. 

Currently Buro Happold’s Chief Development Officer, Graham trained as an engineer and has a career spanning over 30 years in project and management consultancy.  He has worked within the infrastructure, environment, property and housing sectors. He has held board-level positions for over 20 years and has worked in more than 15 countries. 

He lives in Hong Kong and has been working with our Asia, Middle East, US, UK and Europe teams in the development of their approach to clients, helping to develop and implement winning processes as well as supporting strategic pursuits.
