Daniel Williams
Associate Director
Daniel is an environmental impact assessment (EIA) consultant working within our Cities team in Bath. He joined Buro Happold in 2020.
As an EIA consultant, Daniel delivers environmental projects based in the South West of England from our Bath office and internationally. He is an experienced environmental consultant and project manager with over 12 years of industry and international experience as an environmental engineer.
Daniel specialises in managing and delivering ESIAs, Environmental and Social Due Dilligence (ESDD) Audits, IFC Compliance Reviews and reviewing masterplanning developments. In addition, he contributes to the environmental strategies on Middle Eastern Masterplanning Projects and offers key environmental insights and advice to clients.
Daniel brings a wealth of international experience of delivering and managing unique projects across a variety of sectors. He has led an array of projects internationally including across the UK, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Jordan, India and Bangladesh. Prior to returning to the UK, Daniel spent eight years working in the Middle East.
He studied Environmental Science at Oxford Brookes University. Daniel became a full member of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA) and a Chartered Environmentalist with the Society for the Environment.
