Brad Greeff is an associate in Buro Happold’s Washington DC office. Brad is a Certified Commissioning Professional, Building Envelope Cx Provider and a Certified Energy Manager.

Brad manages multiple projects that are in design, construction, and warranty periods, assuring that project deliverables and commitments are on time, on budget, and prioritized.

Brad provides commissioning services in support of his clients’ high-performance building projects. This type of support includes: preparing Cx plans; Cx design reviews; Cx specification development; Cx schedule coordination; issues log tracking; facilitating Cx meetings; submittal reviews; Cx site visits; developing pre-functional checklists; backchecking checklists; witnessing static mechanical testing; witnessing equipment startup; developing functional performance tests; testing, adjusting and balancing verification; performing functional performance tests; overseeing owner training; developing final reports, systems manuals, and ongoing Cx plans; documenting Cx performance for USGBC; and performing 10-month warranty visits.
