Sabrina Bornstein has over 10 years experience in the climate action and sustainability sector working for local government, including an active contributor to the 100 Resilient Cities network. She has recently joined Buro Happold, bringing a wealth of experience on climate policy and climate action implementation for Los Angeles, as well as the wider national and international policy context.

In her role as Deputy Chief Resilience Officer for Los Angeles, she helped develop the City’s first resilience strategy and has collaborated with Buro Happold in developing the first ever countywide sustainability plan for Los Angeles County.

Sabrina is currently working on the OurCounty Climate Action Plan, which focuses on achieving deep carbon reductions across the 2,600 square miles that represent LA’s unincorporated areas.
