Leading business development and strategy for Buro Happold’s Global Cities business unit, Nick works with our leadership team to identify and exploit significant opportunities that are best aligned to our particular skills, experience and strategic priorities.

Current focus areas include transit oriented developments, smart cities and estates management & development. Building on a programme of intelligence gathering and sharing, and opportunity mapping, Nick is seeking ways we can contribute more in London, Bath and Manchester, and in the other cities where we work and live around the world.

Over the past three years Nick and his team have driven improvement programmes in opportunity and bid management, including the creation of higher quality bid materials, and the redefinition of our service offers to key sectors and markets.

Nick brings together a rich portfolio of skills from a career spanning major account sales and skills coaching, corporate and brand strategy, business development and marketing, board and executive performance coaching and change management. He is an experienced chair and facilitator who is passionate about exploring fresh thinking and capturing and sharing best practice.
