Jay Miranda

Jay Miranda is an associate principal ICT and Security consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Jay takes a hands-on approach to engineering and has introduced many design innovations to projects throughout his career. His passion is the advancement of smart building and smart cities design through technology integration to support sustainability, obtain deeper insights into performance of buildings to improve productivity, comfort and convenience of occupants and achieve long term cost savings.

Jay has worked on many projects of varied size and complexity from data centers to large mixed-use projects. He has been integral to the development of ICT designs in some very large projects in the United States and Middle East. Jay has a successful track record of leading internal design teams and collaborating with external project-stakeholders to ensure high quality service delivery. Jay’s management responsibilities include preparation of fee proposals, allocation and reporting of resources, costs and program task completions to Project Directors and presentations to clients and client representatives.
