His creativity and passion has contributed to pioneering integrated, high-performance buildings worldwide, including the Genzyme Center completed in 2001 in Cambridge, MA – one of the first LEED Platinum Certified office buildings in the United States – and the recently completed Tower at PNC Plaza in Pittsburgh, PA – a technologically advanced and sustainable office high-rise that exceeds LEED Platinum certification, and is billed as the “greenest commercial building in the world.”
As an expert in the field, Denzil frequently speaks at industry events and symposiums on integrated environmental design and innovative engineering methodologies for a wide range of projects from commercial buildings and mixed-use urban developments to higher education and cultural institutions.
