New Senior Partner and Partners announced
Paul Rogers has been announced as the new Senior Partner at BuroHappold Engineering, and is pleased to welcome four new Partners: Andrea Scotti, George Keliris, Dr. Sarah Prichard, and Zbigniew Czajewski.

Paul joined BuroHappold as a structural engineer fresh from University College Cardiff in 1986. Since then he has worked in most of BuroHappold’s offices around the world.
During his three-year tour in the Middle East, Paul worked on some of the practice’s highest profile projects, including the major development Riyadh City Centre. Most recently he has been Managing Director for Central Europe, based at BuroHappold’s Berlin office.

Based in Dubai, new Partner Andrea Scotti is BuroHappold’s UAE country director and Middle East engineering services leader who has set a clear direction for the practice in the Middle East. Having joined BuroHappold in 2004, he is a talented structural engineer, able to communicate complex technical problems in an easy, structured way.
Alongside his extensive experience managing large complex projects, such as the King Abdullah Financial District development in Riyadh, he sits on several judging panels. He is excellent at enabling collaboration between disciplines.

Renowned London based structural engineer George Keliris is a clear leader with passion, energy and commitment. He has significant experience of delivering large scale iconic and challenging projects, including the Zorlu Centre in Istanbul. George joined BuroHappold after graduating from Imperial College in 1997 and was a group director before becoming one of the new Partners.
With experience of many types of structures, George is currently leading one of BuroHappold’s major stadia projects, the Qatar Foundation stadium.

Dr. Sarah Prichard, UK engineering director and one of BuroHappold’s leaders in the field of building vibrations and dynamics, is another of the new Partners. Having started her career with the Bath practice, she is currently based in Bath again after spending three years in Qatar working on the Mshereib Downton Doha Project.
Sarah is an exceptional leader and supports and unifies BuroHappold’s engineering teams across the five UK offices. Previously a visiting lecturer at the University of Bath and the University of West of England teaching structural engineering to architects, she promotes and practices communication and collaboration in all she does.

Seen as one of Poland’s best structural engineers, Zbigniew Czajewski is group director at BuroHappold based in Warsaw. With strong commercial and technical capabilities, he has delivered a broad portfolio of complex and high profile projects such as the Katowice concert hall and the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw since joining the practice in 2008.
As one of our new Partners, Zbigniew will help drive the further development of the practice’s European business unit.
