Lodha Place

1 / Introduction

Rising majestically to 450 metres high this new development, Lodha Place will be made up of the world’s tallest residential tower with 117 floors known as “World one”. Nestling alongside World One will be two further residential towers the “World Crest” at 60 floors and the “Queen tower” at 90 floors.

The three towers will be integrated together with the inclusion of a Government car park and retail podium. The podium has been designed so that the utilities, mechanical spaces and service facilities are located in 2 levels beneath the ground. Whilst above ground, a vibrant community space will be achieved with shops and cafes lining the podium edge. A landscaped terrace placed on top of the podium roof will give the residents and visitors alike a recreational resource in which to relax and unwind.

Our engineers have placed sustainability at the very heart of our building services design. Unique to Mumbai our solution incorporates a centralised ventilation system with energy recovery to meet the ventilation needs and to maintain the require Indoor air quality standards (IAQ) required by the residents and supports a suite of site wide energy strategies designed to lessen the impact upon the worlds precious natural resources. Combined with a 100 % water recycling scheme our engineering wholeheartedly supports the overall vision for the development to provide a sustainable, exciting and desirable place to live.
