Europa Centralna Retail Park
Covering nearly 64 acres of land the Europe Centralna is set to become one of the largest integrated retail parks in Central Europe. The development process is divided into several stages, the first a hypermarket, a shopping gallery and retail park will be developed with the total retail space of 70,000 sqm and a 2,000 space parking. The second stage will include developing cutting-edge offices, a technology park, a hotel and a 90,000 sqm retail space. The complex will be located in the neighbourhood of the Silesian agglomeration and next to the largest highway junction, Gliwice-Sośnica, connecting the A1 and A4 highways. Thanks to its location, the development can be reached by over 3,2 million visitors who can access the centre within approx. 60 minutes.

Liberty Corner
Liberty Corner is a unique class A+ building equipped with the most cutting-edge building management systems (BMS). Located in the heart of Warsaw, the development comprises of 7 over ground storeys housing office space to lease with the total area of over 5,000 sqm and the office of the Polish Press Agency (PAP) occupying an area of 2,500 sqm. Architectural details in the lobby refer to the communism era when the building served as a headquarters of the Main Office of Press Control. Today it houses the offices of prestigious companies and institutions such as the Embassy of Ireland, among others.

The Polish Army Museum
This prestigious development is being built on the 74-acre site of the Warsaw Citadel, which is undergoing refurbishment. Chosen in an international competition, the winning architecture project aims to create a complex comprising of a main building with an enormous hall made of glass, with the total area of 100,000 sqm. The building will be located along the route between Wojska Polskiego Avenue and Execution Gate, flanked by two smaller pavilions. At the centre of the premises is the historic Gwardii Square which covers an area of 10,000 sqm.
