Trevor Keeling

Joining Buro Happold is 2008, Trevor is a wellbeing, sustainability and environment expert working in our London office.

He specialises in developing practical ways to improve the quality of buildings for occupants, with a special interest in indoor environmental quality, multisensory experience and holistic parameters.

Trevor has worked since as a Sustainability and Building Physics consultant since 2007 as well as leading projects within a wide range of sectors. This includes wellbeing assessments, post occupancy evaluation, life cycle impact assessment, energy management, building physics and sustainability assessment. He is a chartered engineer as well as being WELL AP qualified.

In October 2015, Trevor completed an Engineering Doctorate sponsored by Buro Happold at the University of Reading. His research looked at how indoor environmental quality affect people’s wellbeing and performance. Trevor was also awarded ‘Researcher of the Year’ in 2015

During his studies, he published several journal articles and academic conference papers. Most notable, WGBC report, “Health, Wellbeing and Productivity in Office Buildings: Measuring Impact and Sharing Best Practice”.
