Peter Moseley

Peter studied building services at University of Bath under company founder Ted Happold, later returning to the university as a research officer for Ted and our Buildings Director, Mike Cook. During this time he helped Ted and Mike conduct research into the environmental response of lightweight fabric structures. Peter joined Buro Happold in 1984 and became a partner in 1992.

A chartered engineer and member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, Peter is well versed and respected in his field: the design of a building’s internal environment. He believes that in holistic design there must be a reason for every detail included in a project.  His goal is to create efficient and effective solutions that meet the needs of a building’s users.

Based in our Bath office, Peter heads up our Building Planning and Operations group, which includes our fire engineering, security, inclusive design, IT communications and control, and asset management services.
