Peter Genet

A chartered engineer, Peter joined Buro Happold in 2009. He’s a Prince2 Practitioner, professional member of the British Computer Society and ITIL Foundation certified senior project and programme manager. With over 20 years’ experience in delivering high value and leading edge business-critical technology projects, Peter has worked in the UK, Europe and Middle East.

Peter’s expertise in adapting Prince2 and ITIL best practice frameworks to specific project requirements in highly convoluted and technically diverse matrix team environments is invaluable. His extensive experience leading presales teams in qualifying objectives of a client’s needs is a key factor in understanding the end-client requirements, developing proposals, and project planning for new work and value added propositions.

Typical projects range from £100k to several millions of pounds and include new data centre design, migration and implementation; unified communications; product rollout; product design; reliability enhancement; new product introduction; manufacturing, (electronic process), development and continuous improvement; and bringing failing projects back to within time and budgetary constraints.
