Ferial Berredjem

Ferial joined Buro Happold in 2010 as our Director of Human Resources and plays a key role in the future development of the practice.

She believes that, above all else, the most valuable asset to a company is its people. This includes more than simply the day-to-day management and development of staff, but also organisational design, talent attraction and succession planning. Ferial holds firm to HR being a force for change and improvement inside a business, which includes knowing and supporting business goals and objectives to enable the firm to make sound decisions.

Ferial’s ultimate goal is to enhance the engagement of people within Buro Happold. Her talents in the industry extend through a rich career working with scientific and engineering firms around the world. With this experience she aims to foster our positive culture and ensure we maintain our reputation for recruiting brilliant engineers with a drive to work on innovative projects.
