Chris

Director

Office Director for Hong Kong

Chris has a wealth of experience working in the Asia Pacific Region, having spent 10-years in Australia and over 20-years in Hong Kong. Chris’s design and engineering management experience covers a wide range of structures including the award winning Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok, the Hong Kong Government Offices at Tamar, Austin and  West Kowloon Terminus railway stations for the Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway Corporation, and many other private and government sector buildings.

He is driven by a desire to deliver buildings that are primarily value for money and which fulfil the client’s needs and architect’s aspirations effectively. These are characterised by integrated 3D solutions across the disciplines and which are in tune with local sustainability standards and requirements.

Chris remains a hands-on designer who believes that the structural solutions developed for a building must be conceived with a full knowledge of the construction details and the construction methodology.
