Ben Breaden
Associate Director
Ben Breaden is a chartered engineer with over 13 years of experience across a range of sectors. He has extensive experience of leading projects at design and construction stages and is an effective team player who develops good working relationships with design team members, clients, estates personnel and site staff.
Ben is passionate about good design and is keenly focused on project delivery. His design capabilities include wide-ranging experience in project management of complex engineering projects, design deliverables, quality assurance procedures and CDM compliance.
Through to construction phase including reviewing contractors proposals, inspecting installations, change control, commissioning and checking of O&M information.
He has delivering successful BREEAM projects with ‘Excellent’ and ‘Very Good’ ratings and is knowledgeable in the design and integration of low and zero carbon technologies.
