Our Hong Kong office is the administrative hub for our Asia-Pacific region and is where the holding company for our Chinese business is based. Hong Kong has long been a gateway to China; Hong Kong based and international investors working in mainland China, and Chinese investors working internationally channel their efforts through Hong Kong.
The office is focused on high end skills including building physics, façade engineering, complex modelling, BIM, and lighting design. We are seeing a gap in the market for a joined up, holistic approach to building physics and green building design. By linking intelligent environmental design with an ability to handle compex parametric modelling, and a detailed understanding of local facade contractor capabilities we are able to offer a truly one stop shop to developers looking to improve their market reach in China whilst achieving stated government targets for carbon emissions reduction.
