Buro Happold is delivering structural, MEP and traffic management solutions to Supertech Realtors Pvt Ltd on a stunning new mixed use development in Noida, New Delhi.

The development is breathtaking in scope and comprises of an iconic tower, that stretches over 300m in height, a 29 storey shell and core office building, two 41 storey residential buildings and a dedicated five star hotel building above the podium. The podium level itself will provide a unique visitor experience with retail areas, cinema multiplexes, food courts, basement car parking and a hypermarket.

Our experienced structural engineers will ensure the development adheres to relevant design codes and standards and will bring value to the project by assessing estimated floor loads, establishing material strength and ensuring strict fire rating criterias are met. There will also be a huge emphasis on designing the buildings to resist earthquake and wind forces.

MEP solutions are taking the lead in terms of bringing new insights and experiences to the design of this development. Upper level transformers are envisioned to serve load centres in the iconic tower and although this is a relatively new approach for India, it’s an area where Buro Happold has unique experience. HVAC, plumbing and fire service designs will be developed in harmony with the structural and architectural forms to provide optimum use of space within the development.
