Our Programme
Forget the everyday. If you want to be challenged and have a direct input into live projects, then our graduate programmes have been designed with you in mind.
As a graduate, you will join one of our three operating areas: Buildings, Infrastructure & Environment or Consulting. Whichever operating group you work in, you should have – or be expected to gain – a good engineering-related degree. We have training programmes which are accredited with the ICE, IStructE, CIBSE and IET and have been designed to make sure that they are easier for our people working through them to digest, are tailored to your aspirations and involve everything from design workshops to external courses in leadership and management.
It’s not simply a question of coming to work. You will be encouraged to explore disciplines other than your own, gaining a holistic understanding of the benefits of multi-disciplinary design consultancy. And with 27 offices around the world, you will have every opportunity to work with different teams in the UK and overseas.
