As a graduate, you want to be pushed, challenged and developed.
You will be encouraged to spend time in different teams, gaining an insight into other disciplines and a well-rounded understanding of engineering design consultancy. What’s more, you will be fully supported throughout your career with us. As well as having a buddy and a mentor, each office has a local graduate representative. So if you have questions you’re never far away from the answers.
Mind you, it’s not all work, work, work. We’re as active socially as we are professionally, from sports clubs to nights out. Our graduates can also get fully involved in both community and humanitarian work via Engineers without Borders (www.ewb-uk.org)http://www.goal.ie/.
