SMART solutions

The SMART Solutions team at Buro Happold offers innovative solutions in crowd flow simulations and building form and space optimisations. Our strong analytical capability is backed by a focus on delivering simple, practical, innovative solutions to the complex architectural and engineering problems.

SMART Space is our specialist circulation modelling service which helps maximise the utilisation of spaces to deliver efficient places where people feel comfortable and secure but are also able to achieve bottom line results for clients operating in commercial environments. We use modelling to assess the interaction of people with buildings, processes, and environments. This provides an evidence based approach with powerful results – to assess performance of designs and operations so they can be optimised.

The SMART Solutions team also models and optimises building forms and structures within a BIM framework to deliver cost effective and time efficient solutions.
