With a broad understanding of engineering design and planning policy and regulatory requirements, this team is placed to help guide the masterplanning and design process to ensure that environmental issues are resolved appropriately at the right stage. This avoids costly redesign later in a project’s life.
Ideally, the environmental planning team is involved in a project from the outset, and most beneficially before the design team has been appointed. This allows us to provide input on the environmental feasibility of the project, its options and alternatives, culminating in the production of environmental design aims that are fed into the project brief.
