Our Environment team manages the consents and licences process to ensure that all regulatory requirements are identified and understood at the appropriate stage of a project’s development. In managing this process, the implications of regulatory requirements can be incorporated into detailed design, construction and operation as necessary.

For example, monitoring programmes agreed at the planning stage will need to be acted upon during site operation; similarly, operational pollution control mechanisms must be considered during the design stage.

We can provide additional information and manage subsequent assessment required to achieve full consent and also incorporate planning conditions, including environmental mitigation measures into tender documentation (for construction).
