Saski Crescent

Saski Crescent is an office building in Warsaw spread over 10 floors, which offers 15,150m2 of rentable area and two underground levels for parking. Buro Happold provided structural engineering and building services for the development, with a special focus on providing a unique working environment for employees.

The building includes internal communication areas, communication cores and main entrance atriums. Three fully glazed facades ensure that as much daylight as possible is able to infiltrate the building, while the economically organised space makes the most of the natural light and reduces the number of 'common use' areas. The building's internal environment is controlled by a fan coil system.
