Riverside Park is a prestige office development situated along Trasa Lazienkowska close to the Vistula river in Warsaw. The development comprises two ‘A’ class buildings of six floors offering 13,000 m2 of office space. The main courtyard with its entrance on Fabryczna Street has a striking composition of greenery and transparent facades.
Providing a comfortable and pleasant working environment was a key objective on this project; one of the requirements was to ensure the maximum flow of natural light deep into the building. The use of post-tensioned concrete slabs allows for a column-free floor plan that maximises available space and creates a brighter, more open atmosphere for occupants.
