Terry Ealey, one of the founding partners of Buro Happold, now works for the practice as a consultant. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Terry was a resident principal in the Middle East for many years. His expertise covers project management, physics, marine infrastructure, civil and structural engineering. His ability to rationalise complex logistics is respected throughout Buro Happold.

Projects in which Terry has played a principal role include the King Abdul Aziz Historical Centre in Saudi Arabia, the Diplomatic Club in Riyadh, Tsim Sha Tsui Cultural Centre in Hong Kong, Sea Cities in Kuwait, Burnham Marina in the UK and Tioman Island Marina in Malaysia.
