Jim Crouch, a construction cost specialist, joined Buro Happold’s Bath office in 2000 with over 20 years’ experience in construction cost control, commercial and procurement advice. He leads the cost management team within the Asset Management group, in addition to giving strategic M&E quantity surveying advice to engineers and clients. He also co-ordinates the Buro Happold Management Group in Bath.

Jim has worked on many high profile projects, including the Manchester Metropolitan University project, to partly demolish and extend the All Saints building at the university; the Egg Theatre in Bath; Kilternan Golf and Country Club; and Kildare County Council HQ. He also worked on the European Research Institute project, a development in the Birmingham suburbs to provide four storeys of academic support space.

Buro Happold’s Asset Management team provides reassuring financial control during both the pre and post construction phases of a project.
