Glyn Trippick joined Buro Happold in 1982 as a structural engineer and has worked on many major projects in the UK and abroad. Having adopted many roles since his appointment, including associate, group director and partner, he is now a principal consultant, responsible for directing the design process within Buro Happold to ensure the smooth-running of projects.

Glyn has extensive experience in directing and managing the engineering design of major multi-disciplinary projects including the O2 Arena, Millennium Dome, British Airways' headquarters and Riyadh's city centre redevelopment.

The structural engineering team works closely with architects and clients as well as other Buro Happold specialists to deliver exciting yet functional buildings that exceed expectations for cost-effective construction and operation. Our structural engineers advise on all aspects of the project – including construction materials and methods, costs, risks and sustainability – to give clients complete confidence that the final design is sound and offers best value.
