Andy Murdoch

Born and educated in South Africa, Andy Murdoch joined Buro Happold eight years ago and is currently Group Director for Infrastructure in the practice’s London office. He has played a key role in enhancing the group's capabilities in responding to complex urban and civil engineering challenges.

Andy is a civil/urban engineer with 20 years experience in infrastructure design, urban masterplanning and transportation engineering and has worked on Buro Happold projects including, the Greenwich Peninsula regeneration, the redevelopment of the area around Wembley Stadium, the Summer Row development in Wolverhampton and Convoy’s Wharf in Lewisham, London.

He is currently leading the consultancy’s work on the Leith Hub masterplan in Edinburgh and is playing a key role in promoting Buro Happold’s international masterplanning activities.

Andy is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
