Andrew Daubney joined Buro Happold’s Bath office in 2003 with over 20 years professional experience, which included major change programmes in the UK and overseas. Andrew is responsible for the delivery of a strategic and tactical HR service to Buro Happold employees.

Since his appointment, Andrew has led the team in securing HR a place on the executive board, the launch of a company succession plan and leadership development programme, the introduction of a web-based flexible benefits system, and the introduction of resource planning and selection processes linked to business needs and values.
