Happold Consulting Debuts at NLGN Annual Conference
Happold Consulting, the new group created by international engineering consultancy Buro Happold to provide strategic advice to the public sector, makes its debut at the NLGN annual conference this week.
Happold Consulting offers a comprehensive range of management consultancy advice specifically to help local authorities deliver improved, more cost efficient services to their customers and meet the challenges required by government reform.
Amongst the core services offered by Happold Consulting are: strategic procurement advice relating to refuse collection and recycling, property maintenance and highways; business process re-engineering; capacity building consultancy; partnering arrangements; risk assessment and management; and advice about international development and poverty reduction initiatives.
